Balaknama is a newsletter for and by Street and Working Children and is an outcome of neglect and injustice to street and working children across the world. When children did not find space among adults, they decided to pen down their issues and glories, an attempt to change people’s perception and ensuring identity, dignity, and participation of street children.
バラクナマはストリートチルドレン、仕事に従事する子供たちによるニュースレターであり、世界における彼らの蔑視や不公平性を訴えた一つの一つの成果とも言えよう。子供たちが大人たちの間で、居場所を見つけられなかったとき、彼らは問題や名声、人々の知見を変化させるための試み、アイデンティティや威厳、ストリートチルドレンの参加などを書くことを決意したのである。
The members of Balaknama are constructed 1 advisor, 1 editor, 1 sub editor, 7 reporters and 30 Batuni (who gives lead of story but can’t read or write) reporters.
バラクナマのメンバーは、1人のアドバイザー、1人の編集者、1人の副編集者、7人のレポーター、そして30人の読み書きができない編集者で構成されている。
Balaknama was born to ensure voice of street children in society and system on September 2003. It was published only Hindi language from 2003 to 2014 but since 2014 English version was started publishing.
バナクナマは2003年9月、社会や制度のなかでストリートチルドレンの声を確かなものにするため誕生した。2003年から2014年まではヒンディー語のみの刊行であったが、2014年以降英語版も出版されはじめた。
The stories are gathered from streets of 7 districts of North India such as New Dheli.
ストーリーはニューデリーをはじめ、北インドの7つの地方から集められている。
